There is no desire now [for him] to focus on his livelihood.
He doesn't care to focus on making a living.
Attend to your [spiritual] provision towards death.
Ya isbatun baran nu dahowh, bohoh kow ngisbat baran aa.
What [you must] attend to is yourself first, before you focus [on] others.
"Isbatun baran nu" hati-na beteh mangan kow kinakan hap, mandi kow llow-llow, maghinang kow pahap, sumbahayang kow ni Tuhan, tuli kow pahap, bohoh magsukul ni Tuhan.
"Attend to yourself" its meaning [is] like you eat good food, bathe daily, work well, pray to God, sleep well, [and] then give thanks to God.

to be concerned with; to be focused on.
Ya na niisbat eh sigeya magbatuk-batuk, mbal ngisbat kinakan- sigeya.
What now is to be focused on by them is gossiping, [they] are not focusing on their livelihood./ Gossiping is what they concern [themselves with], [they] are not concerned about their livelihood.
What concerns them now is gossiping, not their livelihood.
