For a person to know how to do s.t. somewhat but not very well.

Together with bissā it means to invent or make up false information; to start disinformation.

A'a iyan ta'u maghinang-hinang bissā.

That person knows how to invent information.

Nasal bisan ga' niya' bulawanne.

He makes (jewelry) even though he doesn’t have gold. (Meaning: he says s.t. without having any basis for it. This is said if people invent false information.)
