A death remembrance ceremony.
The noun is followed by a number. The ceremonies take place at the house of the dead person or at some relative’s house. The imam performs a prayer ceremony duwa'a and several men join him in saying the maglawatib. For most ceremonies just one rice mound dulang is provided. The 7th-day and the 100th-day are usually accompanied by a big feast. The final ceremony tapus can be held at the 40th-day or any other thereafter but then the following ones are just commemorations held with one rice mound dulang.
They will go home when the seventh day ceremony is over.
