eh, ni-

to be done on purpose; to be done intentionally; to be intended.

Going is intended by him, obviously he knows [it] is raining.

He intends to go, obviously he knows it is raining./ He is going intentionally, obviously he knows [it] is raining.

Eh na nuud ngarugtul aku, asal katoonan-na ele aku mantow mele, palabey gih ya meyah ele.

I was intended to be bumped by him, obviously he knew I was standing there, yet he passed by going over there.

He intentionally bumped me, obviously he knew I was standing there, yet he passed by there.

mbal bey tinuud

unintentionally; was not intended.

Literally, "not to be intended". This is often used with the past marker to show accidental past action.
