This word is sometimes reduplicated. Also, this word stem is used only for indicative mode punctiliar aspect in actor, instrumental and locative focuses. All other forms use the allomorphic word stem, +"kakan" , above.

Mbal gih kami bey mangan.

We did not eat yet.

Giging-na, mbal minsan aku nibuwanan eh na, iya sidja mangan- manganan ndi-na.

His stinginess, I am not given [any] by him, he is just eating [for] himself.
