Rice cooked in a coconut leaf wrapper.
Ordinary rice or sticky rice can be used. The rice is partially cooked in a pot, always with a little salt and often with coconut milk, and then filled in leaf wrappers. Coconut leaves or sugarcane leaves are most commonly used. Then it is fully cooked inside the wrapper. It is eaten as a snack food.
