tebba' sāsab
Rash, insensitive, tactless, random (to speak in such a manner); speak nonsense.
If a crazy person speaks nonsense this term can be used.
Bang kew missā, da'a kew missā tebba' sāsab.
When you speak, don’t speak in a rash manner.
A'a miya'an bang beytu peddi' ateyne missā tebba' sāsab.
When that person is angry he speaks in a tactless manner.
