pingit
Two or more things that are tied together. [This is used when enumerating how many strings of things are tied together].
N-, mag-, magsi-
-an
-an, pagsi--un/pag--un, pa--un, -un
To tie items together.
When the -an imp. is used the focus is on using a piece of the coconut husk as the string for tieing. Thus -an implies affecting the state of the coconuts in order to tie them together. The -un imperative would be used when using a separate line to tie two things together such as containers. Thus the original state of the containers is not affected. The pa--un imperative is focusing on what is tied to an existing group of things tied together. The pagsi-/pag--un imp. is concerned with just tieing a bunch of things together.
