sandag
mag-, -an
‘body movements’ to turn upside down; to somersault.
This word can be used to describe various acrobatic moves which turn a person upside down. In the second example below, the pag- prefix is used for locative focus.
Tau kow magsandag?
Do you know how to walk on your hands?
Mingga bey pagsandagan nu?
Which place did you stand on [your head]?
Bang kow mehelo magsandag, ngindan kow ma tilam dahowh.
If you want to somersault, practice on a mattress first.
