wedding
guests.
A few days before a large wedding, the relatives of the bride go from house to house, playing instruments, and picking up
the young women who have been previously invited to the wedding. These girls will in turn, join the group in going to pick
up others until all have been picked up. Then they go to the house where the wedding will be and stay there until the wedding
is over.
+"Mag-alak" means to round up the young women [who] have [already] been invited [to the wedding], and the people picking [them]
up bring gongs, drums, and [one of the] graduated gongs, and then [they] are played by them as long as [they] walk.
