To incite, nudge on, prod s.o. to do s.t. (often bad).
Kuwe' niya' nūg-nūgan aku maghinang la'at.
It is as if someone nudges me to do bad.
Da'a kew nūg-nūg duk siye ga'i magsasa'.
Don’t incite them so that they won’t fight.
Pagsūg-sūgun me' mākanak iyan.
Incite those children (to fight).
Da'a ka'am magsūg-sūg sawe'bi.
Don’t nudge your companions (to do s.t. bad).
Sūg-sūganku iye dina'ak māku sīn.
I prod her to ask for money.
