hāran
A (reasonable) limit.
Most often used with a negative.
If that person speaks he has no limit.
When you take s.t. you have no limit (i.e. you take everything).
To stop s.t. (at a reasonable limit).
Used unaffixed with a negative and together with ta'u ‘to know how or when to’.
She is not told to cook because she does not know when to stop.
Ga'i kew tapasagadan, ga'i kew ta'u hāran.
You can’t be left alone, you don’t know how to stop.
Bisan ku pinasagadan, ta'u du ku hāran.
Even if you leave me alone, I know how to stop.
