Emaciation; extreme thinness. (This can be interchanged with kagkagan.)

The thinness of that person is becoming like the extreme thinness of a ghost.

Extremely thin; emaciated.

Tud kagkag anak-anak tuu. Mareanta kulang kinakan.

This child is emaciated. Maybe he is lacking food.
