Bundling cord; usually a piece of rattan, uway; a rope; cord; vine, wa'al; root of the amīlung vine; used in bundling objects, as described below.

A unit measure of a relatively large carrying bundle of material such as wood, āyiw; spear grass, gūlun; arrow-grass canes, bilāu.

A single carrying bundle, hin'ūyun, is of a size sufficient for carrying on the shoulder. Counting carrying bundles is the same as that listed for water pots in Appendix 19.

For someone (agent muɴ-; s agent maN-) to double-bind a relatively large object (loc ref -on), with bundling cord (theme i-), as in bundling spear grass, gūlun, items for carrying.
Two loops of cord are used, near either end.
