For someone (agent; s agent maN-) to do something successively to or with people or things (theme, loc ref, patient -on), three at a time, as to hold several things three at a time, to call several people three at a time, for several people to each carry three things, the second person or group of people carrying after the first person or group of people finishes, and so on.
