Help, given someone with a tacit understanding that the recipient is not obliged to repay it.
Help may be in the form of an action, such as giving advice, work done for someone such as help in building a house, stone wall; objects given, as money to buy medicine, food or firewood. Help is typically given to someone in an extremely disadvantaged situation, as a widow, umu'ūton, when sick, and especially one's disadvantaged relative.
For someone (actor -um-, umi-; s actor maN-, mangi-) to extend help (theme) to someone (loc ref -an), as described above.
