For someone (agent muɴ-) to construct an upper earth bank (theme) above an isolated pond field, a house terrace, road or trail on a slope (loc ref -an), with the use of suitable implements (inst i-, puɴ-), as a digging bar, rarely a shovel.
Shaping the upper wall is done after the soil above the flat surface has been dug away. It is often ridged into a pattern.
