hū'up
A cooked-rice storage basket with a lid, hū'ap. Also used for communal eating.
A regular sized basket is about 25 - 30 cm. square. Large baskets, up to 40 cm. square are used for communal eating during harvest, īwang, or during a traditional religious ceremony, bā'i. It is woven of bamboo, ānoh, in a zigzag design, lāga 2, with a lip and foot, bāli, tied with rattan, uway.
