būbud
Fermented grains that have produced homemade beer.
Usually are grains of glutinous rice, but may also be of millet, hābug, or sorghum, gal'ung. Two or three days following the brewing process, īwa, the grains are sweet, munlanu, and are called lempoh. Grains are eaten as a delicacy. Danum di būbud, `Rice beer'.
