This food is prepared by mixing raw sea urchin flesh and uncooked rice and inserting this mixture into another sea urchin
which is still whole, but having been cleaned by shaking water in it and then pouring off. The mixture is cooked in the cleaned
whole sea urchin.
If [you have] a sea urchin [with] its spines removed, and cleaned in its inside, and then its inside is stuffed with rice,
and cooked, its name is "+okoh-okoh ".
If you have a spineless sea urchin, cleaned, and stuffed with rice, and cooked, it's called "+okoh-okoh ".
