Literally, "one [and the] same". This word is derived from salih , "to be the same". Dasalih applies to things and actions. However, it can apply to people if the word lowa "appearance, looks" is added. See the last example under the verb section of this entry.
A tambusah [basket] and a salingkat [basket] are the same.
A tampusa basket is the same as a salingkat basket.
