For some rice cakes as jā and panyām the rice has to be pounded very finely into tapung. For jā it is sifted through a muslin cloth. Whatever doesn’t go through has to be pounded more.
Tapung iyan sōng hinang panyām.
That rice flour will soon be used to make rice cakes.
