muwas
To disassociate from, to rid oneself of (a relative).
The person who no longer wants to have a relationship with a certain family member can go to an elder and state so. He has to pay a fixed sum to the elder (it is very high). After that he cannot be held responsible for any misdeed of the relative.
Muwas ku pegge' ga'i takole'-kole' anakkun.
I disassociated (myself) because my child does not behave well.
Muwas ku si me' bahi' duk ku ga'i sinakup bang niya' palkala' anakku.
I (went) to the elder to disassociate (myself) so that I will not be included if my child has a case.
kalimpuwasan
Be rid, or free of s.t.
Kalimpuwasan ne ku amban utang.
I am rid of my debt.

I will come when I am free of work.
