Coconut borer (a beetle that is a pest to coconut trees).
It has a brownish-black hard shell. It has wings and a mouth like a bill. It eats the growing part of a coconut palm. It also lays its eggs in the growing part. The larvae have a hard head and soft white body, when fully grown the larva is about 5 cm long.
