kopak-kopak
A contraption of slats that is hit together to make a noise.
It is made of the midrib of a banana leaf cut partially into strips, or of bamboo. When it is moved the strips clap together and make a noise. It is used as a toy or to scare birds from eating fruit or rice.
Pahellingun kopak-kopakin duk tahala' kabegin amban diyata' buwahan.
Cause that contraption to sound so that the fruit bats will leave the lansones tree.
