Most people think of it as a mermaid. One man claimed to have seen one. Another one said he saw an animal in the market in a coastal town. It reportedly is sometimes butchered and eaten. When it is killed, tears roll down its cheeks, no sound, can’t talk, no hair on head, no arms.
