A charm to ward off evil spirits.
Especially for children, but grownups wear them too. The charm consists of s.t. wrapped in a black piece of cloth and is worn around the neck. Some writing of a specialist tabib is inside the cloth. Some charms have a set price, for others one can just give a voluntary contribution.
