ūtun di idul
A tektite charm; lit. louse of lightning, used to ward off evil and bring good luck.
The charm has a charm covering, tu'nul 1, which covers all but the ends of the charm, considered its eyes. Onto this covering is fashioned a cord-loop, pungko'dan with an attached cord. This latter is secured to a betel nut bag, būtung, loincloth, lendom or belt loop to prevent its loss.
