The handle of a work implement or weapon; shaft of an arrow, pāna, tree spear, to'dag, small fruit-bat net, tāwang.
A work implement, as a bolo, hanggap, file, kelkel, knife, uwah, spade, gāud, trowel, dohag has a handle. It is of wood, added to the metal part but not one piece with it. c.f. hālung.
