Judiasm was established before Christianity or Islam. Its name comes from one of the twelve sons of Jacob, the grandson of
Abraham. Many of the traditions of Judaism are present in, or have influenced, Christianity and Islam. Judaism's scripture
is the Old Testament part of the Bible. A portion of the Old Testament, the first five books of Moses the Torah, Kitab Tawrat , are especially revered. The Jews once again have their own nation, called "Israel".
