‘food’ fried pastry; "donut-hole".
This pastry is made from mashed bananas, sugar, flour, baking soda and a bit of water. The batter is spooned into hot oil
in which it is deep fried. For all the world, it looks like an American pastry called "donut hole". The term "donut hole"
does not refer to the whole donut which is tire-shaped, but to the little round ball of pastry which is removed from the donut
before frying, thus leaving a hole in the donut. This little round ball of pastry which was removed is called a "donut hole"
and is then fried. It resembles pili- kambing .
