These heavy brass cooking pans have impressions of different objects, like fish, into which batter is poured, and small whimsical
cakes are cooked. Cookies or, cakes are baked over an open fire with hot coconut husks on the lid of the pabowluhan . Pabowluhan are becoming rare. They were still available in Borneo in the seventies.
