Toy pop gun.
The toy is made from a piece of hollow bamboo with a bamboo plunger. A small round wad of paper is stuffed into the hollow of the bamboo. The plunger is pushed into the hollow to force the paper out the other end. When the paper wad is ejected, it makes a popping noise.
