This is said when a person is seeking the answer to a yes/no question from a tokke' (a gecho that makes loud repetitive sounds. The person listens carefully to the lizard making sounds. The first sound is yes to his question, the second is no, the third is yes and so forth. Thus the answer is derived depending upon when the gecho stops making sounds).

To ask a gecho for the answer to one's yes/no question and derive the answer by listening to its repetitive sounds.
Ask that tokke' for the answer, hopefully he won't lie.
