A river-fish basket trap.
The body is cylindrical, about 20 - 25 cm. long and 11 cm. in diameter. It consists of longitudinal strips, odol 3, onto which are tied transverse ribs, bī'uh 1. A funnel, hoga, is positioned inside one end of the cylinder and secured to the lip, bāli. It is made of bamboo strips which slant inward and end in sharp points, held in place by three rattan transverse ribs. This allows fish to go inside but not come out. The end opposite the cone is closed by a woven cover, alub.
