tawon
A unit measure of a year, i.e., a twelve month period.

A measure of the time between a major event such as planting or harvesting rice until it recurs. Traditionally, reference is not to a calendar year; a year does not have a fixed beginning and end. It is uncommon to keep a record of successive time periods beyond two or three years.
Someone's, something's year to be involved in a particular action or state.
Co-occurs with a time ordinal, as someone's or something's first year, second year, etc.
