For someone (actor muɴ-) to be overeager to do something, and thus to become offensive, as a child who always wants to be the one to answer a teacher's question, one who wants to monopolize a conversation; to always be the one to do something, as for teachers from Dali' to always be the ones teaching in whatever village one visits.
