The longitudinal edge of a pond field.
A longitudinal edge is the wall or boundary roughly at a right angle to the direction of the general hill slope on which the field is constructed. It includes the bund and stone wall below the level surface, if any, or stone wall above.
Nundelloh di ngawit nan payaw da Benwag ay Li'yag.
The longitudinal edges of the pond fields of Benwag and Li'yag are side-to-side.
Daplah di ngawit nan payaw'u.
The longitudinal edge of my pond field is sheet rock, (i.e., a rock bank above the back edge).
