A warp spacing stick, used for spacing warp threads on a hand loom, pa'ātan.
It is about 70 cm. long and 1« cm. in diameter. Each warp thread, miyobol, is wound around it in a single loop; thus when the warp is pulled taut, on the loom the warp threads can be spaced at the desired distance from each other and held firmly in place. It is positioned on the loom behind the leash stick, tubungan.
