A chicken-holding basket.
Used for holding up to thirty chickens for sale at a market. The basket is round, beginning with a hexagonal weave, pa'an 2, on the bottom with weaving ribs woven into the longitudinal strips on the sides, bī'uh 2. A loose over-two, under-two weave, lāga 2, rounds the basket shoulder, pū'ol, to a round mouth about 40 cm. in diameter at the top. The basket is from about 45 - 70 cm. in diameter and 40 cm. high.
