For a person, animal, living being (actor muɴ- & loc ref) to issue an offspring (theme).
Awni ta munholag nan bābuy'u ta dumo'ol ya un'u paltīon di udumna.
Wait until my (female) pig issues offspring and then I will butcher some.
A man is said to issue an offspring since, presumably, it is a volitional act; a male animal or other male living being, however, does not. A human couple, female animal or other female living being is said to issue offspring. See apat2 for a description of the recitation of a person's genealogical offspring.
