This is a tertiary cut, gōgod, in butchering. It results from a crosswise cut below the wing of the breast side and wing, hehel, and is about a half of the breast portion. It is one of three tertiary cuts of the breast side and wing. The other two: wing shoulder and upper breast, pū'ol 2, and lower wing, paya' 2c.
