A line of hanging pendants, strung up over a house or a pond field.
The line is usually a vine, bark fiber or rattan onto which is tied small pieces of wood in the shape of spear heads. This line is stretched horizontally over or in front of a house to indicate that this house has just finished a fiesta involving dancing which is part of a recurring ceremony, bahbah, performed for one who has died a violent death. A line of pendants is hung in a pond field to frighten away rice birds.
