The concluding day of a headhunting enactment ritual, bahbah, ha'dol.
Deta' hi mā'et hi Babluy hinan dolan Ha'yab ti nagtud di algaw.
It will be the concluding day of the headhunting enactment ritual tomorrow in Babluy at the house of Ha'yab because the (last) day has arrived.
The concluding day is an informal ending of the ritual, the formal conclusion being a ritual prayer, talangob, the previous night. The concluding day begins in the early morning and is characterized by various prayers by ritualists, mumbā'i, and dancing by the people who have gathered. Dancing is interspersed with shouted short tales, gopah, which are in the nature of a contest between men and women. Some of the meat is cooked along with rice. After eating, the people go home, about mid-afternoon. The following day is a holiday, ngīlin.
