For a description of the expansion of a pronoun into a pronoun phrase, see da'mi. This pronoun occurs only as a sentence topic. When an agent or actor of a verb action occurs, a pronoun occurring as topic is a full pronoun (except for -a' I) immediately following the verb (see da'mi). In this position, the full pronoun he''a, `You' (sg), is replaced by da'a.
