For someone (agent maN-, -um-) to sponsor a headhunting enactment ritual for someone or for someone's sickness (benef i-an), involving the taking of a person's head and celebrating with prayers and dancing for the cure of someone's sickness.

Performed when it is divined that the spirit of one who has died a violent death, bināgung, has caused a sickness. Customarily the head of a stick person, kinnāhu, is cut off and used for the ritual. Dancing continues from three to eight days and nights, accompanied by matūngul, tengēteng and talangob prayers and by nightly chanting of bayun prayers.
