būlu
A thin-walled bamboo, Schizostachyum lumpampao.
Used as weave, lāga, for making house walls, gāub; waterspouts, hāyug; water containers, alūog, anglin, tanglaw, and salt-meat containers, polotan. A small section, lāwah, is sometimes used as a container for cured fish or insects, binohhong. Also used as material for the following baskets: eel basket trap, ūdal; locust basket, butit, bu'lut; loosely-woven head basket, ubin di lapnay.
