For someone or something (theme mi-) to be inconsistent in occurrence, as of good soil in a field, intelligent children in a classroom.
Niyab'abunun di nanginnila an munlāga.
Those who know how to weave are inconsistent in occurrence (i.e., not all know how to weave).
For someone (agent) to do something (theme i-) inconsistently, as to distribute more meat to some than to others, to unevenly fertilize plants.
