An area of large, black rocks near the beach.
Some older people believe that these rocks are responsible for windy weather because they rock, or shift, back-and-forth. To calm the weather down you should wipe oil on the top of the rocks. This will cause the ocean to become smooth like oil. Conversely, if people intentionally walk or jump on the rocks to make them move around, the weather will become rough and windy.
